Lesson FAQ

1. What is the age limit for taking lessons?
   There is no age limit. Little kids to adults!
2. How much is the lesson fee?
   30 min for $30, 45 min for $45, and 60 min for $60.
3. When can I start taking lessons?
   If you fill out the lesson registration form at the store, you can start within a week. We will check the schedule for you.
4. I would like to know about teachers.
   Please visit the tapestry music website and click the White Rock lesson page. You will find teachers’ information.
5. When will the payment be charged?
   Credit cards will be processed the last week before the 1st of the following month. Our lesson fee is charged monthly. (e.g., If there are 4 weeks and you're taking a 30-minute lesson, the fee is $120).
6. What if the person cannot make it to the class?
   Please call us at (604)538-0906 and notify us that you want to cancel. There is no refund for any missed lesson. Make-up lessons only within the teacher’s available schedule.
7. I do not have an instrument but I want to take a lesson.
   We have a rental program at Tapestry Music; please ask us about the details.
8. Can I take lessons longer than 30 min?
   Absolutely. Students can take 30 min, 45 min, and 60 min depending on your preference.
9. Do you provide lessons for adults as well?
   Yes, we have many adult students.
10. Do you provide lessons during holidays?
    No, we do not have any lessons during the holidays.
11. How do I withdraw from lessons?
    In order to withdraw from class, please notify us during business hours by phone or email us at [email protected] by the 15th of the month.
