Description
The Eastman AC422CE Limited Edition takes Eastman's popular grand auditorium cutaway and builds it with solid koa back and sides under a solid Sitka spruce top. Koa brings a bright, articulate voice that warms up and opens with playing, and its figured grain gives this limited run a striking look under the Truetone Gloss finish.
Hand-scalloped X bracing keeps the top responsive, while an ebony fingerboard and bridge, bone nut and saddle and a mahogany neck with a traditional even "C" profile make it comfortable for fingerstyle and strumming alike. An LR Baggs Element EAS VTC system takes it to the stage, and it ships in a hardshell case.
