Martin TKE Tenor Ukulele
Description
The Martin TKE Tenor Ukulele features a solid Hawaiian koa top, back, and sides, built on a traditional tenor-sized template. The instrument is constructed using an applied dovetail neck joint paired with non-scalloped spruce bracing to deliver a balanced acoustic projection and rich note clarity. Visual appointments include a gloss body finish, a multi-stripe rosette, a back Boltaron binding, and an East Indian rosewood bridge and fingerboard mounted to a select hardwood neck with a satin finish.
For amplified performance, the ukulele comes equipped with an integrated electronics system developed in collaboration with Mi-Si, which requires no standard batteries and delivers up to 16 hours of operation on a 60-second charge. The technical layout comprises a 17-inch scale length, a 1-11/32-inch black Tusq nut, a compensated black Tusq saddle, and nickel open-gear tuning machines. A factory softshell case is included with the instrument.
