Martin D-10E Retro Sapele Acoustic-Electric Guitar

The Martin D-10E Retro Sapele Acoustic-Electric Guitar is a full-sized D-14 Fret Dreadnought model from the Road Series built with a solid sapele top, solid sapele back and sides, and scalloped X-bracing. This all-sapele construction delivers classic dreadnought volume and projection paired with a warm, punchy tonal profile and robust low-end response. Visual and structural appointments include a full satin body finish in a dark mahogany color, a faux tortoise pickguard, and a select hardwood fingerboard displaying diamond and square inlays.

For live performance, the instrument comes equipped with a factory-installed Martin E1 electronics package that provides an integrated volume control, tone control, and an auto-muting digital tuner mounted inside the soundhole. Technical specifications include a 25.4-inch scale length, a 44.5 mm (1.75-inch) white Corian nut, a white Tusq saddle, and nickel open-gear tuning machines. A premium softshell gig bag is included from the factory.
