Dingwall NG3 "Nolly" Getgood Signature 5-String Bass Limited Edition - Purple-Blue Fade Swirl

This is the one you’ve been waiting for. Dingwall brought back their legendary swirl finish for an incredibly rare run, and this Dingwall NG3 Adam "Nolly" Getgood Signature 5-String in Purple-Blue Fade Swirl is an absolute stunner.

Strictly limited to just 100 instruments worldwide, each bass features a custom, hand-blended transition from deep violet to electric blue, making every single guitar a one-of-a-kind piece.

If you know Dingwall, you know the 34”–37” multi-scale design is the gold standard for extended-range basses. By giving each string its optimal scale length, you get perfectly balanced tension across the entire fretboard. The low B is massive, punchy, and clear as a bell—completely eliminating the muddy, floppy feel of traditional 5-strings, even when you drop-tune.

Co-designed with producer and bassist Nolly Getgood (ex-Periphery), the NG3 is built to slice right through a heavy mix.

• Three FD3n Neodymium Pickups: Slanted for perfect string-to-pole alignment, delivering high output, incredible articulation, and a killer natural growl.
• Darkglass Tone Capsule: An 18V active preamp designed specifically for heavy bass. Instead of a traditional treble control, it features Bass, Low-Mid, and Hi-Mid bands to give you surgical control over your grit and cut.
• Rotary Selector & Toggle: A 4-position switch lets you dial in different pickup combinations on the fly, while the active/passive toggle lets you drop back into an organic, old-school voice instantly.

An ergonomic, lightweight alder body saves your back during long sets, while the rock-solid 5-piece maple neck stays stable no matter how hard you travel. It's rounded out with premium smoked chrome hardware, including a minimalist bridge and Hipshot Ultralite tuners for flawless tuning stability.
