Description
The EVH SA-126 Special QM in Transparent Purple is a high-performance semi-hollowbody hybrid designed by Wolfgang Van Halen. Named in honor of his father Eddie Van Halen's birthday (January 26), this guitar strikes a perfect balance between chambered warmth and high-gain solidbody aggression.

- Hybrid Architecture: Combines a chambered mahogany body with a solid basswood center block. This maximizes acoustic resonance while completely eliminating feedback under high-gain settings.
- Stunning Quilt Top: Features a striking quilted maple top finished in Gloss Urethane Transparent Purple, accented by an elegant, stylized "E-hole".
- High-Speed Playability: Equipped with a graphite-reinforced mahogany neck cut to an EVH Modified "C" profile, featuring a lightning-fast 12"-16" compound radius ebony fingerboard and jumbo frets.
- Tim Shaw Voiced Pickups: Loaded with direct-mount custom EVH SA-126 humbuckers created by legendary Fender pickup designer Tim Shaw to deliver crystal cleans and heavy overdrive.
- Hardtail Stability: Departs from the traditional EVH locking tremolo in favor of a classic 1970s-style Harmonica bridge and stopbar tailpiece for superior sustain.
