Trade-Ins:

We are willing to consider trade-ins on items in our store. Our policy on trade-ins is as follows:

We will only consider trade-ins from customers shopping in-store where we can physically inpect the item. We do not consider trades from outside our local area.
Trade-ins are accepted solely at our discretion and we are under no obligation to accept trade-ins.
Trade values will be given as follows: When purchasing a new item we will give 80% of what we consider a fair "street price" for the item. When purchasing a used item we will give 70% of what we consider a fair "street price" for the item.

Returns:

We have a 10 day return policy for items purchased in-store and a 14 day return policy on items purchased online or by phone. We must be contacted for a return authorization before returning any item. Items must be returned in new condition in original packaging. A refund will be issued less our original shipping cost (including free shipping items). Buyer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

Consignments:

We do not accept consignment items at this time.

Shipping:

We primarily use Canada Post Expedited for Canada/USA orders and Purolator or FedEx for heavier items. We may have to add shipping charges to heavier items ordered online or by phone which are not indicated at checkout. In these cases we will contact the customer before charging their credit card or requesting additional charges through PayPal until mutually agreeable.
